Custard Apple Muffins

Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 30 min


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar/honey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 small tsp salt
  • 1 custard apple (flesh only)


Half the custard apple and scoop out both parts. remove stones and mash the remaining flesh with a fork.
Sift flour with other dry ingredients.
Stir the eggs, custard apple and milk together but Dont beat the eggs.
Mix both together slowly and divide into baking tray moulds.
Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees c.
