How It Works

There are a few things you'll want to know about getting your hands on your first Box Fresh box:

1. Check delivery schedule

Please check our delivery areas to make sure we cover your area. This page also indicates the delivery days allocated for each area. Box Fresh reserves the right to change the schedule if needed.

2. Select your box

Decide which box size will suit you, and add it to your shopping cart. All Box Fresh orders include a refundable $5 deposit for the poly box they are delivered in. This is included in the box price.

To help lower our impact on the environment we offer recyclable polystyrene boxes. Our existing customers leave out the poly box for exchange on their delivery day. (We will replace your box when need be, and always ensure old boxes are recycled).

3. Delivery considerations

IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR BOX We realise a lot of our customers can't be at home for collection, so please organise a cool, safe place for the box to be left. If a drop-off place is not specified in the order form, we will leave it at your front door. We believe in bringing you your produce as nature intended, which is why we use an insulated van and insulating poly boxes to ensure total freshness from market to door.
Secure apartment blocks We have had trouble getting access to some secure apartment blocks. Please make arrangements to deal with this and we will be happy to accommodate them. If you are in any doubt, feel free to give us a call to discuss ways we can make this work.
Delivery times We deliver between 8am & 5pm. Your order must be in by 5pm the night beforehand to be received the next day.
PLEASE NOTE: While it pains us to say it, we cannot be responsible for boxes once they have been delivered. Please, please, please find the safest place possible. (Don’t worry if it sounds obscure, we have had some strange ones!)
Holidays Box Fresh does not deliver on the following days, but we do work exceptionally hard to get you what you want prior to these holidays. If your delivery day falls on a holiday, please contact us with your preference for delivery on the week day before or after.

- New Year’s Eve and Day
- Australia Day
- Good Friday, Easter Sunday & Easter Monday
- Anzac Day
- NSW scheduled public holidays

4. Confirmation of purchase

Once you have checked out and paid you will receive your confirmation via email.

5. Receipt of delivery

Your box then arrives at your doorstep full of fabulous seasonal goodies. Enjoy!
