Gorgonzola Cheese & Lychee Dip

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

 

  • 60g of Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • optional: 1/4 cup of chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of llime juice
  • 125g of diced Lychee

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, Serve or refrigerate until ready to use.

This is also a fantastic dressing for cold white meats in salads etc.
